I can't see the entire serial number of the acft displayed, but I believe it is 52-1035. If it is, it is one of the many that I worked on between Sept 1961 and July 1967 at Travis AFB. This was quite an acft. Slow, but very reliable. I loved it.

I always admired that particular Douglas aircraft. There's another nice looking one in Tucson at the Pima Air Museum.
